Cute redone “Mill House” in Ft. Mill. Walking distance to downtown. Huge room, bath in hallway. Furnished living space and well appointed kitchen. Can remove furniture for your own if perferred.

50+ professional female. Work uptown. Have a small rescue dog. Love to hang outside on the patio, grill, etc. Just looking for some rent relief. Can be short (travelling nurses or interns with proof of employment) or long term (1 year). Family oriented, adult kids may visit for a weekend once in a while or over the holidays (there’s a 3rd bedroom). Smoking not permitted inside the home but there’s a front porch and back patio!
