Three bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom apartment. The room is fully furnished with a full-size bed dresser closet, space and a chair. Access to the kitchen (so long as it’s maintained clean) We are two blocks away from the D Train one block away from the 4 train. The energy in the home is usually quiet and peaceful for the most part. Urban community so on weekends you may hear music playing. (But that’s probably everywhere on the Bronx 😅) the building itself is a small community, we have all known each other for decades.
Currently, my mother and I live there however, I travel for work. And my mother do travels back-and-forth from her country often. When we are not there, we do attempt to short term rent rent out, our space.
