No pets or any animals, No Smoking inside the house or room, No Drugs. Room is available in my three bedroom two story house in Central Fremont near the Fremont DMV. Although semi-retired, this is where I work (lower level), thus I have areas designated for me, but I live elsewhere. The room is upstairs in the back of the house with a dressing room (often called an ensuite) and laundry (washer & dryer), fully accessible, opposite the hall & on the same level. I am providing a bed and dresser which must stay, but you will like them, & yes, I DO HAVE the bed posts (temporarily removed for the picture). All Utilities are shared with two other roommates. NOTE: This rental is essentially room only with full access to Uverse Internet. No cooking please in downstairs kitchen. No one here has cable or satellite TV but you can subscribe to your preference of provider (Personally I have Amazon Firestick, suits me perfectly). Street ends at a culdisac. Twelve minutes to BART, 880 five minutes away, lots of local shopping in proximity. Prefer working persons, gender not important, & can rent this room to two persons. Room currently UNOCCUPIED. Attached to the dressing room is a walk-in closet, however I need the top shelves for storage but they are too high & not accessible anyway. No pets, smoking, drugs, motorcycles, loud rock music, & ONE VEHICLE ONLY unless there are two persons using the room, in which case the maximum number of vehicles are TWO for this rental. Deposit is $2,000. Utilities shared equally by the numbers in the household (currently two). Limited use of the kitchen. Refrigerator use okay as well as the freezer in the garage. Microwave okay in the room. Mini refrigerator okay in the room. No space heaters or any cooking appliances that require venting, please. Mini Rotisserie okay, although the previous persons who rented this room obtained meals through catering, restaurants, & processed (frozen) foods & deliveries. No problem on doorbell rings for such deliveries. We are pretty good around here on informing of such deliveries. We don’t find that an annoyance. Currently, there are two people living in the house. I am here from time to time, although lately I have been here doing computer work & working at the yards. My other roommates are professionals, also renting the rooms upstairs. The house is not conducive to access other common areas due to the layout but there is easy access to the bedrooms which are all upstairs. NOTE: This bedroom is extremely PRIVATE and is very remote from all other activity in the house, so if privacy is your aim, you will like this arrangement.

A computer programmer: in his 50’s (male). Day trades the stock market. A Commodities/Futures trader (male) and engineer by trade. Very quiet.
