Houston Valley Road

I have a fairly large corner room upstairs for rent. It’s completely furnished, with a queen bed, nightstand, chest, dresser, two mirrors, and a large closet. It has private access to a full, 2-sink bathroom in the hall (I have my own bathroom). The room is in a peaceful, country, 2-story home… with 3 br / 2¾ bth on 12 acres, including a very large garden that would love someone with a green thumb to come help! It also has a nice front porch and large back patio that are great for enjoying the afternoon breezes! My home is technically in Greeneville, TN… but is about 20 minutes to downtown (only 2½ miles to the Paint Creek Campgound). It’s also about an hour from Johnson City, Tri-Cities, and Ashville, NC… then a bit more to Knoxville!

I’m a divorced, 60 year old, 6’2“, 255lb, injured/retired Combat U.S. Marine… that lives alone here with my two dogs! I had a major change of life a few years ago. So am enjoying the peace and beauty here, as well as learning cooking (A+) and gardening (D+), among other things! I’m OK for tobacco and occasional 420 use… but any/all smoking is done outside, with no exceptions (that rule applies to me also)!
