The neighborhood is quiet, all utilities will be included in the rent. You’ll be able to park in front of the house so you won’t have the need to look for parking. The room is 8.5 ft by 8.5 ft, with a closet of 4 ft by 2 ft. Room will be completely empty and ready. Only looking for one roommate with no pets and preferably around our age. Once messaging about to room, we can set up a day for you to come see the room and meet me and the other roommate along with a small questionnaire to know you a bit more. All utilities is included in the rent.

Im male, 28, with one medium size dog. I work a 4 10 hours days, former military. Also have another roommate, female and 22. With two cats. We are clean and respectful of people’s boundaries.
