About the room
Hello, I am currently living in a house right off of Colley Avenue and in search of a sub leaser for my room. The house is 3 bedrooms with a porch and backyard, and about a 2 minute walk from ODU’s campus, Cogan’s Pizza, Hanks Filling station, etc. Rent is $525 a month, not including bills.
I did not know either roommate when I moved in, but both of them have been an absolute pleasure to live with.
The reason I am looking for someone to take over the lease is that I just received a job offer in Michigan and will be moving in the next few weeks.
As of 09/12/2023 (The date of this posting), the room is available to move into. I am also willing to leave my furniture since I am moving out of state, if the prospective applicant is interested.
About the roomies
You will be living with two serious students from Old Dominion. They are both clean, courteous and respectful. Though I did not know them when I moved in, they have been an ease to live with.
