One story single family home with furnished room ( I have two spare rooms and you can pick between either), private bathroom, and closet. Property is in the Talla Pointe neighborhood about a mile from downtown Ocean Springs and all of the local shops/restaurants. The house backs up to Talla Bayou and sits on a little more than a quarter acre of land.

I’m a 29 year old female, Active Duty Air Force. I work in the hospital and work 12 hour shifts, I’m also in school full time, so on my off time I’m typically working on schoolwork or relaxing with my 7 year old Dachshund. I love being outdoors, traveling and exploring but equally love hanging out at home and watching a good movie or cooking.

I’m looking for a similar working professional who’s laid back, clean, and respectful of myself and the property. Proof of income, a passed background check, and a copy of your DL will be required. As well as a signed basic lease agreement. I’m completely flexible on the length of stay, however rent will be due on the first of the month and no reimbursements or prorating if you choose to leave prior to the end of the month
