The offer comes with a private bedroom and full bath with the caveat being that the bath is the guest bathroom so ideally you’re fine with the rare house guest using it. Emphasis on the rare part as we are quiet homebodies that stick to ourselves most of the time! The house is more or less fully furnished but there’s a backroom with enough space for a couch and TV etc if you’d like to bring your own furniture! The bedroom is completely unfurnished. Frankly put we love this house and have been renting here for almost two years. We’d very much like to share this house with someone who’s going to respect and take pride in this home as we do. There isn’t really a security deposit necessary as we already live here and are looking for someone to take over the lease for another. The application fee is $100 to go through the rental company and we’d just need the first months rent on the first of the month!

Hi there! We are two 25+ year old roommates looking to add a third to the mix. We are both homebodies and lean towards being introverts that enjoy spending our time relaxing at home. We have several pets between the two of us that we affectionately refer to as the “zoo”. Ideally you wouldn’t have pets of you’re own but love animals. With that said we can always discuss on a case by case basis! We just need to make sure the living arrangement is ideal for everyone involved animals included! We are both very LGBT friendly and are not particularly judgemental ourselves so we’d like someone similar in return. I think the best policy would be an in person meeting to see how everyone feels so let’s set something up!
