In the basement of a single family home. There is a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. Only those areas are for some to rent. Using the laundry that’s on the second floor may be possible to be talked about. The areas in the basement are private and the owners rarely go down there other than storage in other rooms. The door to the basement is just inside the house from the garage. Included in the rental is one vehicle garage spot. Open to month to month or longer depending.
