Hello! I’m looking for two new roommates for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom spot. The house is the upper level of a 2-unit house on a dead-end street right behind Clark Field in Hermosa Beach. The location is great and it’s a very safe mellow neighborhood.

I’m Tyler, the current occupant. I’m 31, from Orange County, went to school at CU Boulder (sko buffs). I work in private equity and work in office 5 days a week so I’m not really home during the day too much. On the weekends I like to surf, bike, volleyball, and hang at the beach. I’m very easy going guy just looking for a couple people looking to live in a clean, cozy spot by the beach. If you have any questions, let me know!
