Luis's room

The room is a master bedroom located in the first floor with direct access to the backyard. The room comes with a private bathroom, a king size bed, two nightstands, and a small fridge and a microwave.

The property itself is located is a new construction near Wake Forest. The I-540 is a couple of minutes away, downtown Raleigh is within 20 minutes and Durham is about 30 minutes out. It’s a three floor townhouse with the kitchen, living room, and dining room being in the second floor. Washing/Drying machine are in the third floor.

The deposit is 1st month’s rent + $500.

I’m a single 35 y.o. man with a full time job that WFH. I moved to Raleigh from Miami in May of 2023. I’m somewhat introverted. I like to keep orderly around the house.

I have a 5yo American Staffordshire Terrier called Elvis that I adopted in August of 2023. The dog is easy to get along with.
