Ajitha's room

This is our family house in a wonderful neighborhood once filled with children. As my children moved out, we are renting two of our private bedroom/bathrooms. This bedroom that is up for rent has a private bathroom and an attached loft area with a couch and TV that is exclusively used by the occupying tenant. Another bedroom/bathroom is currently occupied by a female professional. The house has a huge backyard to relax. Kitchen and washer/dryer are shared between owners and tenants. The rent includes all utilities bills including internet, PGE, water etc.

Only one more tenant lives in the house other than the owner couple. You will have Huge backyard to walk and relax and A huge kitchen to cook and dine.
