About the room
Looking for roomate. must be ok with dogs. Room is 10x10.
My house is super relaxing I invested a lot into the yard as you can see. Has living room, kitchen in which I have a second fridge in the garage that would be all yours . Has 1 full bath room and a half bath room. Has washer and dryer , cable, and internet. I also have a cleaning lady that comes every 2 weeks that can clean your room if you like for a small fee but she cleans the common areas at no extra charge to you . I do have 2 large dogs that are well behaved. I am asking for $1000 monthly plus utilities. Internet included. You would have parking in the drive way. I also have space in the garage to store stuff if you need to. It just me my 2 dogs my boyfriend comes by on the weekends. I like to live a peaceful life gardening, crafts, movies, etc . It’s not a party house but I will have the occasional hangout in the back yard.Its 10min if that by car to sac state . Bike maybe 20min
Black out curtains are there to stay if you like them to. Shelving will be removed also . Room will be cleared out my previous roomate just left.
