Kathryn's room

Looking for a new housemate to join us in our lovely inner NE home. Large bedroom and bonus room on top floor of classic Portland bungalow, with shared common spaces (living room, kitchen, bathroom, yard, etc.); washer and dryer for use on site in basement, and a fenced in back yard with patio. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Safeway, Shops on Broadway, Fremont, Williams, and Irving Park. Plenty of on-street parking, but close to lines 6, 17, and 8 for non drivers, and window air unit in the room itself.

Currently there are two of us in the home : one roommate (Katie) resides on the main floor of the house with her cat Chicken, right off the main bathroom/living area and is full time WFH (you will be sharing the main bathroom with her). Andrea (roommate two) resides on the basement level of the house with her dog Murray and has a hybrid work situation with her WFH set-up downstairs.
