Olivia's room

Two story house 1 bath, 3bed, small kitchen, living room there’s a sunporch in the front of house and a small laundry room. The landlord has the basement and two sheds but we have access to a few acres of the property. A little Tucked away but right in-between the town of Saugerties and Kingston.

I would like to stay here if possible, I’m looking for a roomate(s) after my partner and I broke up. It’s a lovely little spot. I have two cats on male one female, Puppycat(M) is extremely friendly and Mochi(F) is friendly but not as cuddly and will take some time to warm up. I like to have my best friend over for drinks and bud but other than that It stays fairly quiet. I’m mostly tidy and have no problem when asked to clean up further I have ADHD so sometimes I just forget.
