Hello! I am looking to sublease the remainder of my lease! THERE IS FLEXIBILITY ON MOVE IN DATE The lease ends August of 2024. A little info about the house: We are a house of 4 females and 1 male. House is located in lakewood, about 10 minutes from Denver! Rent is $615 not including utilities. You would be taking my bedroom which is the master so you have your own private bathroom! We all go to work bright and early in the morning so we prefer to have a quiet home by 10pm during the weekdays. If you’re interested please send a brief message about yourself!

I am quiet, responsible, clean, and friendly. I love to read, visit family, hang out with friends, and go for walks in my spare time.
