Lovely home, just a five minute walk from Sacramento State University! Plenty of space and storage, the home is fully furnished. Plenty of quiet space to study, relax, and wind down. Walkable and close to the American River. In desirable River Park/East Sacramento neighborhood.

Room would be shared with me (female, grad student and researcher). I travel often, so you would have to room to yourself much of the time. Home is shared with me and one other roommate (male, working professional). We both prioritize open communication and respectfulness. We enjoy travel, cooking meals, and exercise. I am in my mid twenties and he is in his mid thirties.
