I have two furnished rooms available for rent in the upstairs of my house starting October 1st in the Wyandotte neighborhood. Rent is $575, which includes all utilities. There’s a two car garage as well as a basement with washer and dryer. Shared spaces will be the bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Must be pet friendly. I have a cat. No additional pets please. MUST BE CLEAN AND TIDY. There is no maid service, so you will be expected to clean up after yourself. To move in you must have first month’s rent plus a $575 deposit
