I have two rooms for rent with a private bathroom. You would be getting both rooms for yourself. You will have plenty of privacy and space. The last roommate was here for years, but they had to move for work. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Kids are playing in the street daily; the vibe is definitely safe.
