Deja's room

Hi all! My boyfriend and I are currently looking for someone to occupy the front room in our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in North Oakland! The room comes unfurnished but has plenty of space for one person. The great thing is you also get your own private bathroom! Common areas would be the kitchen and the living room. Water is included however utilities and gas are not so we would split the cost. There is a nice common area for residents and our neighbors occasionally have get togethers to build community. Washer and dryer is on site and it is street parking only! There is a window in the room that catches a lot of natural light. Can send more pictures if requested!

A little bit about us! My boyfriend and I have been living here for about two years now with our dog Huncho who is a bully mix and full of love! We are looking for a roommate who will be okay with pets, clean and tidy, responsible, career driven and overall good vibes! Huncho is almost 2 so he still has a lot of puppy energy but he is trained fairly well and will keep out of your space. My boyfriend and I both have full time jobs, go to the gym regularly, love to cook, read and occasionally like to have a good time. If you think you’d be a good fit we’d love to connect with you!!
