Westminister Street

Need a new roommate for October 1st, $650/mo. ~1600 sqft townhouse. Master bedroom (for rent) has private bathroom, walk-in closet, secondary closet, and balcony. Currently includes queen bedframe/mattress, and a wardrobe/dresser in the secondary closet that you are free to use. Can send more pictures by request. Townhouse includes a small back yard, a large living room with a loft overlooking it (from the hallway between the upstairs bedrooms), washer/dryer hookups (I already have units installed), and a half-bathroom downstairs that is functional but is currently unused. There is also a private carport that holds 2 cars; I am currently using the right space, but the left is available. There is also minor storage outside in the carport.

Would prefer either a woman or someone who is also queer, as I am LGBTQIA+. Would prefer no additional pets, as I currently have 3 cats and a dog, but I’m potentially willing to allow another cat in the house. (Pet deposit has been paid in full, used to cover 7 pets.) I’ve had bad experiences with roommates and dogs in the past and would prefer no additional dogs.

Gas and water are paid for by the landlord, electric ranges from $80 in the winter to up to $300 in the hottest months. A/C was just fixed up. Internet is $40/each monthly.

I’m 30, single, and work from home in the afternoons/evenings; While I don’t mind occasional guests, I would prefer they were kept to a minimum, especially while I’m working. I typically keep the volume down but I’m a light sleeper so I understand and am willing to adjust volume of my music/what have you as needed. I spend most of my time in my room, but my door is usually open to allow my pets to come/go as needed. I pay a kid every other week or so to clean up the back yard and take out the trash. I’m physically disabled and have a wheelchair downstairs that I use as needed, but I clean up after myself and can still contribute to shared chores (taking the trash to the back yard, etc).
