Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome for rent. I am moving out and my housemate and I are looking for someone to take over my part of the lease through July 31, 2024. The lease may be extended another year or month-to-month after that. There is an attached 2-car garage which enters the home on the main level The main level has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, and living room (with gas fireplace), and a powder room off the spacious entry-way. There is also a nice patio off the living room. The upstairs features 3 bedroomd, laundry room, and a spacious loft, which I currently use as my office. The 3rd bedroom is furnished for guests and has a small closet if you need to store a few things. The loft can be used for workout, meditation, office, or your hangout. Most of the spaces (except the laundry room, 3rd bedroom, and powder room were painted in 2020). This truly is a wonderful townhome and I’m only moving because I purchased a home.

My housemate and I are both 59 year-old female professionals. My housemate is a teacher and travels during the summer and sometimes at spring break. She has a 20 lb. Havapoo who is very loving and friendly. My housemate is a very kind person who is happy to chat and hang out or give you space. Most of the furniture in the home is mine, but I can leave the dining set when I move. If you have any furniture besides your bedroom furniture that you’d like to bring for the main level or loft, that should be fine. Otherwise, my housemate will be buying furniture as needed. You will have the opportunity to put your stamp on things. My housemate and I worked the decorating out together and you and she will have a clean slate to start with.
