South Spring Street

The room is large with decent closet space, that you could make cozy and all your own. It isn’t too far from the kitchen and across from the bathroom, it has everything you’d need all around you. There’s a free gym in the building with a lounge area and around the clock courtesy patrol. The real selling point however, is the fact the building itself is in the heart of Downtown, providing you walkable access to many of the attractions in the area. It’s surrounded by many of the best restaurants in town(we could even recommend a few) as we as being a 15 minute walk away from Little Tokyo and a walkable distance away from Koreatown if you find yourself in an adventurous mood.

My girlfriend Angela and I, your prospective roommates are a fairly easygoing pair. We veer moreso on the geeky side, so much of the time you may overhear us discussing anything from comic books, to current affairs and we welcome any and all perspectives. We never air out dirty laundry in public, so you’ll never have to worry about us disturbing your peace of mind. If there’s anything you need, you need only ask and we’re willing to provide any help that we can. Lastly, privacy is something we take very seriously as well, so that is something no one will ever have to worry about on our end.
