Located in San Pedro, CA, (Los Angeles County) a room and private bathroom in a remodeled townhome is available to someone looking for somewhere quiet. This place is within walking distance of the bars and restaurants of downtown San Pedro, and minutes from the ocean.

This home is 3 stories, and the room is on the top floor & the exit is on the first floor lol. The room has a sliding mirror-door closet available for your use. The bedroom has new paint, shutters, and carpet. I have a spare queen sized bed if you would like to use it, or the room can be completely unfurnished. I also offer bathroom basics such as a trash can, soap dispensers, mirror, and towel rack if needed. The bathroom has new paint, new flooring, and a new toilet. There is only a shower available, no bathtub. Pets are welcome depending on the type. Smoking outside on the balcony is allowed.

The ideal roommate will be occupied with school or work for the most part. Occasional guests are welcome. Utilities/Wifi/ & a samsung washer and dryer are all included. I also have a 70-inch tv in the family room with multi-color phone controlled LED lights which are perfect for movie nights or sporting events and a fire pit on the balcony. I have all stainless steel brand new kitchen appliances, and a cozy glass burning fireplace inside for colder nights. It is safe to say my place is a vibe :) I am also offering regular professional housekeeping services to help keep the place clean. Street parking is available.

I work from home so I spend most of my time in the family room, office, or balcony, but am very respectful of others need for space. Feel free to message me for any further info! For location specifics - I am minutes from downtown Long Beach, and minutes from DTLA in no traffic. Also don’t hesitate to ask questions, I’m open to negotiating within reason. Open to short term stays, vacation stays, or weekly commuting stays. Month to Month is available for the same price.
