Jason's room

I live in a premier housing development in Martinsburg. We have a community pool in the summer, tennis/pickleball courts, a golf course, a new restaurant near the development. The room is fully furnished, the only thing you need to bring is your clothes. You pay 50% of the bills. My home is 3 floors and it is very nice.

I live with my daughter, but she is away at college. When she comes home from college break, she has an office and her bedroom. You will have the bathroom to yourself for the majority of the time except for when she is home. I am a quiet guy who keeps to himself. I work hard and am looking for a roommate who does the same. I do not want someone who is loud and will disturb my peace. My home is quiet now and I expect it to stay that way. I would like a lowkey roommate who I can talk to and be friendly with. He or she needs to be easy to talk to and easy going, live a drama free life. I have a dog that is part of the family, he is small, but loving. It is my daughters dog, but while she is away he is my dog and he is part of the package. You can smoke outside. I live a quiet life, I’d like a quiet roommate.
