I have a fully furnished bedroom available located in the Sacramento area. I stay in a beautiful Condo with Granite Counter Tops, Hardwood Floors and Stainless Steel Appliances. You will have a very nice room and your own bathroom. You would be enjoying high-speed internet, 24-hour Alarm Monitoring, all Premium Movie Channels HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Starz, Sports Package, Netflix, Prime Video, HBO Max Ect… 65 inch HD 3D TV with 3D Blue Ray Player, and PS3. The home has tons of beautiful artwork, new appliances, dishes, nice furniture, swimming pool, tennis courts. Easy access to freeways, numerous shopping centers and a ton of restaurants.

Lease term is Month to Month. Serious inquiries only….. Trust me it’s an amazing place to live! A very relaxing, peaceful, clean environment and the house has beautiful furniture A+. In addition, it is very close to lots of shopping centers, restaurants, 4-freeways and just about everything.

Please Note: I am only willing to rent to (one) person. In addition, no pets or children allowed.
