ROOM FOR RENT

I am looking for someone (couples welcome as well) to take over the remaining 9 month lease of this beautiful 2 bed 2 bath apartment in the Sierra Gateway Apartment complex. This apartment is in a brand new building with all brand new appliances, and no previous tenants. Roommate renting the smaller room is quiet, clean, and reliable. Rent would be $1,000 a month to rent the master bedroom with private bathroom and large walk in closet.

Please let me know if you would like to tour the unit and I will be happy to show the apartment.

Applicants must submit a rental approval form to be approved to take over the lease. This form can be printed and submitted or submitted online via the online portal (I will be happy to assist).

The apartment is home to one other roommate living in the smaller of the 2 bedrooms. She is clean, quiet, friendly and reliable. If you have any questions for her or myself, please do not hesitate to ask. If you would like to meet her upon your tour of the apartment please let me know and I will have it arranged.
