I’m looking for a roommate to move into an apartment in Buena Park with me beginning of November. I’m taking over the lease from my brother who lives their right now with his girlfriend. It’s a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, the rent is 1800 so we would split that 900 each and split the utilities. Your room would be smaller than mine but yours would have an AC in it and you’d have full access to the kitchen and living room. There is one permit for parking so im open to working out a schedule where we can share, but there is usually plenty of street parking. The apartment doesn’t allow pets so no pets and no smoking. Location is close to Knotts Berry Farm and the 91 and 5 freeway.

Hey, I’m pretty shy so i tend to stay to myself a lot but I’d love a roommate who I can become friends with and hang out together sometimes with. I usually don’t have people over unless im hosting a Bible study but I don’t mind if you occasionally have people over.
