Would be great for a couple who needs an office or friends looking to find a place together. If rented together price is 2200 If rented individually, each room is $1200. Garage parking is included with rooms as well as water, gas, and internet. Trash and electric are separate. There are two living rooms. One downstairs and a loft living room upstairs as well as the laundry room upstairs. Full access to living rooms, laundry room, garage, and kitchen.
I am a 28 year old female. I work a lot so I am not home often but I am a home body when I have the opportunity to be! I have a 2 year old dog. She is hyper but overall well behaved, very loving, and hypoallergenic. I am very clean and enjoy coming home to a tidy house. I love having friends and family over So I Don’t mind you want to as well, just keep me posted if it will be more than a couple people haha Overall, fairly laid back :)
