Ty's room

A 2-story 3-bedroom house in Garfield Heights right on the border of Valley View. It’s listed as a condo but feels more like a townhome, we share a wall with both of our neighbors. There’s an HOA. It’s fairly laidback. They’ve been nice and welcoming so far. There’s an unfinished, dry basement with a washer and dryer. Recently moved from a one bedroom apartment so it’s still a little sparse, you’ll have to furnish your bedroom. The backyard is fairly small but fenced in, with an equally small patio. There’s a shared, private lot out back for offstreet parking.

I’m Tai, a tired transwoman in her thirties. I’m looking for a roommate, someone that I can live with rather than just a stranger I happen to share a house with. I’m not looking for profit just help paying the bills, you know? I work long hours during the week so I’m gone most of the day Monday-Friday. I enjoy cooking, reading, long walks in the woods, and video games. I do have a partner who spends the night once or twice a week but I don’t tend to have others over too often. I live alone currently, no pets though I am a big catperson. I haven’t lived with kids since I was one, but I’m open to the possibility.
