About the room
Roommate wanted in Tacoma. I live in a house and will be renting out the upstairs portion. It has a bedroom, attached office area, bathroom, and a living room/dining room area. The kitchen, greenhouse, and laundry room are the only shared spaces in the house. There is a huge yard with some fruit trees. Dogs are welcome (2 max), not cats. I have two dogs and if you have dogs, ours will need to meet. Couples are welcome to apply as well. Iād like someone who is clean and responsible.
