Meeracle's room

This is a 1100 square foot 2bed/2bath apartment. The room is very spacious, with a big window and two closets. Fortunately, the apartment is set up roommate style so you will be on the other side of the apartment near your own bathroom. The living room, kitchen, dining area, sunroom/office, and patio are all shared spaces. The neighborhood is relatively safe, near many shopping centers and grocery stores, and about thirty minutes from the city via I-20.

Includes central air system. There is a washer and dryer hookup, but I prefer to use the laundromat. The apartment also has a small gym and pool. Lots of trees and nature and my neighbors are pretty friendly.

Utilities are included, but may fluctuate due to water/sewer/trash being facilitated by the apartment complex. Although it is less likely, if for any reason you are paying more than agreed upon, the monthly conservice statement will be provided.

There is no security deposit, but there is a non-refundable move-in fee of $800. First month’s rent will be due in December. The room is unfurnished. Minimum lease of six months. No application fee or background check, but I would be interested in scheduling a time to chat about the room and possibly giving a tour before moving in.

I am a student and educator (22F), pretty introverted but I’m also easy to get along with. Looking for a roommate who is stable and considerate.
