Looking for a male housemate, preferably in their 20s/30s, to occupy a master bedroom with a private bath in a 2 bed 2.5 bath condo located in the 4S Ranch/Rancho Bernardo area. Within a 5 minute drive of Costco and other major shopping outlets.
Room comes furnished with a desk, chair, lamp, nightstand and I have a lightly used full bed and bed frame that I can include for free if needed.
Amenities include in-unit washer and dryer, parking spot, swimming pool, tennis court, gym and outdoor grills. Water is included with rent but gas/electricity/Wi-Fi will be split.
About the roomies
Will be sharing the lease with one other person (myself). I am respectful and relatively quiet
