Excellent downtown Denver apartment with great Mountain View’s, close proximity to 16th street and downtown Denver. You’ll have your own bathroom and room with ample storage. I have the common living room space furnished, plenty of kitchen supplies, and balcony with sweet Mountain View’s.

You’ll be living with me Jon! I am a very clean person and expect all shared spaces to be left better than they were. (Thanks Mom :) With that being said, I’m an active young 29 year old working in Aerospace. Looking to supplement my extra space with a professional, like minded individual! I play soccer, enjoy tech, video games and spending time in the mountains. I’m a big snowboarder and will be driving up most weekends so happy to squad up! Willing to live with either gender as I am respectful and enjoy people that respect others and their living spaces. I maybe drink a few times a month though I’m a fun positive person that indulges in cannabis but am not the kinda guy that smokes a blunt inside to turn the apartment up to 11. The lease will be until next summer, and by that point I will most likely be moving closer to work up in the Broomfield area so you will have the option of inheriting the place after next year!
