I have a large furnished bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that is available. This room has lots of closet space. My room and bathroom are downstairs away from the upstairs room for rent. This is a large mid-century home in Eagle Rock with a front and backyard in a great neighborhood. View of downtown LA from front yard and of Observatory from backyard. The upstairs room allows you a view of Griffith park hills and all the way across the valley. If you like to garden there’s plenty of space to do that too. You have your own area up there. There’s easy access to the 2,134 and 5 fwys. There’s plenty of street parking right in front of the house. There are lots of great stores and restaurants here in Eagle Rock. I am open to a shorter lease for those who are in town for a shorter period of time. I’m in the production industry and have rented this room to lady friends in the past who are in the industry and need a place in LA for work.
