East Smoky Hill Road

The room has a large walk in closet and an amazing view of the denver skyline. It is also right next to the bathroom. Some furnishing available if needed just ask. The property is located about 3 blocks away from the Southlands Mall and shopping center. There is plenty to do and eat around here all within walking distance. The bus also picks up on the corner of Smoky Hill and Versailles. The neighborhood is usually very quiet. There is a pool, fitness center, and club house on the premises, Places to barbecue and lockers for our packages. The neighbors don’t really talk to each other much around here but seem fairly nice and cordial. Parking can sometimes be a bit difficult the later you get home, but parking is always available. They also have an option to rent a garage for an extra $100 a month or a carport for $35 a month if needed. I love this place and I am sure someone else will also.

I am the only person who currently resides in the residence. I recently lost my son to brain cancer and now I am alone in this large apartment. I was his full time care taker and gave up my life and career to take care of him. I am currently searching for more stable employment so I am home more than I am not. I am very east to get along with and believe in fairness and honesty. I am single and have to other sons that reside in Las Vegas Nevada. My 18 year old comes to visit about twice a year and was going to move back home but decided he wasn’t ready yet. I am clean, and quiet, except for my singing in the shower moments. I am open minded and believe with communication and honesty this could be a great place for someone to stay.
