About the room
Hi! I have a room for rent in a beautiful and spacious 2-bedroom condo in Marina del Rey just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. It is available on April 1st. I am looking for a responsible person. No smoking or illegal drugs. The room comes furnished with a new full-sized bed, desk, TV, bookshelf, floor lamp, large closet, and storage cabinets. I work from home several days a week so I am looking for a person that works days Monday through Friday away from home. No pets. Street parking.
