Renting out a furnished bedroom with private entrance and private bathroom/shower. The place is located in Otay Ranch community of Chula Vista, CA. House/rooms are in close proximity to freeways, restaurants, shopping, hospitals, schools and military bases. Looking for either a male or female. No smoking & no drugs allowed. Asking for tenants who are responsible and can pay monthly rent on time. Tenants will not have access to the rest of the house. The bedroom has a private bathroom/shower, walk in closet, TV with Netflix, full sized bed microwave, mini fridge/refrigerator, stove, kitchen sink and area for cooking. Residing family are very welcoming, loving and kind people. We’re respectfully asking for the same courtesy. Sorry no dogs or cats.

Asking $1200/month Deposit: $750 Utilities included
