Sandrine's room

This is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom basement space. it has its own fully spacious kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, pantry, cabinets, and storage space. It has a dining area and a laundry room. Laundry does not come with it but can be added at an additional cost. water, electricity, gas, and sewage are all included in the rent. It has its own private entrance with two parking spaces off the street. My neighborhood is a very quiet, safe, and friendly environment to live in. This property is located in Laurel, close to all the schools, and shopping centers are just about 5 minutes away.

I live alone but have my friend and sister visiting often. I work almost every day and am out of the house most part of the day.
