I have one furnished bedroom (Queen mattress with bedframe) available for rent. If you have your own bedroom furniture, I am able to move my stuff out. The room has a key as well for extra privacy and their is a shared bathroom with current female tenant.

The rent price includes everything (water, Wi-fi, sewage, on-call security alarm), however, the electric bill will be split between you and the current roommate which varies between $40-$80 each person (depending on the season).

The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, and utensils that you are welcome to use. Unfortunately, I do not have a washer/dryer, nor a dishwasher since it is a small galley kitchen. The laundromat is a 10 min walk (1 min drive) from door-to-door and is open 24/7.

My house is located off of E. Little Creek Rd. in Norfolk towards Hampton BLVD. I also have a third spare bedroom however, it is under renovation, therefore can be used as a storage space for any extra belongings you have. There is plenty of parking on the side road as well as a dedicated parking spot that I do not use.

I am a healthcare management professional as well as in the military. I am quiet and I work a lot now that I have a hybrid schedule. I am looking for a female roommate, who is responsible, drama free, and considerate. My house is six minutes driving distance away from ODU and within eight minutes of gate one from Norfolk Naval Base. The neighborhood is mostly Navy/DoD families and 2 minutes away from the Marine Corps exchange!

The home is walking distance away from: Open park with playground + dog park, laundromat, firestation, starbucks, popeyes, italian restaurant, and a small shopping center with a crossfit gym!

I am flexible with lease options as well; preferably 6-12 months.
