About the room

It’s a 3 bed 2.5 bath town house in the heart of Murrells Inlet! Not even 10 minutes from the MarshWalk and popular restaurants and bars like Hotfish. This also means it’s less than 10 minutes to the beach! Close to Pawleys island and Surfside Beach grocery stores and shopping. The nearest grocery is a food lion not 5 minutes away as well as a chic fil a practically next door!

The townhome itself is located in a small very well kept neighborhood and amenities include a luxurious salt water pool, outdoor grilling stations, a fire pit, a game room, indoor and outdoor lounges, a business center, a car wash, a dog park and dog grooming station, gym, bike and kayak storage and free snacks and coffee in the clubhouse. (There is also extra storage garages for an additional cost if needed)

The house itself neighbors a garage on the left and friendly neighbors on the right, the walls are quite thick so there have never been any noise issues. You get your own dedicated space (1 of 2) in front of the house. There’s a spacious living, dining, and kitchen set up with a spacious closet pantry. The kitchen has brand new stainless steal appliances and plenty of soft close cabinets and drawers. There is a 2 door fridge/freezer combo with a water dispenser on the door. Down the hall you’ll find the a/c control which is kept at a cool 70 degrees as well as the half bath for guests.

The bedroom listed is the downstairs master bedroom. It’s a spacious room with a large double sink ensuite and glassed in shower. There are tons of cabinets and drawers for storage. There’s a large walk in closet and the Wi-Fi is housed here as well. The room overlooks the patio through 1 of 2 large windows that brighten the room during the day.

Further down the hall is the door to the patio which is also quite spacious and fits a bistro set with room to spare for plants or other outdoor decor, there is also a storage closet which can be used to house extra boxes or even a latter. The patio has an outside door as it is screened in completely but the door can be used to access the back of the property which is communal walking/greenery space (dog walking areas).

Upstairs are the remaining 2 bedrooms, one is occupied by the other tenant and the remaining room is used as the other tenants guest room/storage area but can be used as an office pending negotiation from the other tenant!

Upstairs is the laundry room as well which is quite spacious and boasts a top loading washer and a front loading dryer. All appliances are brand new and have only been used by myself and the other tenant so far.

Some utilities are “included” or rather they are lumped in with the rent. Trash, sewer, water, pest.

Electric and internet are separate. The internet is 25 (your half) and the electricity is currently around 50 to 55 (your half).
