About the room
I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, roommate style. 2nd floor, non-smoking apartment. One room on either side of the living room. Parking lot outside the apartment, it’s just first come first serve.
$50 water/trash Split electric, gas, and internet.
Pet friendly but there is a $30 pet rent a month, other roommate is mildly allergic to cats/dogs so would prefer none but won’t exempt.
Willing to leave some furniture depending if you’d like some. Also I will add photos as soon as I get my last couple things out so that they are clean photos
About the roomies
There’s one other roommate, female identifying queer; she is friendly, and very accepting. I’m moving in with my fiancé and need someone to finish my lease. Lease would June 2024. Welcome to release if wanted
