Newly constructed house built in 2019. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and approximately 1800 sq. Ft. 7 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Full access to Laundry, Kitchen, and Living Room. Full access to HOA Pool, Gym, and Park. Looking for a minimum 6+ month lease. Looking for someone comfortable with living with a 5 year old Siberian Husky. The room is furnished with a bed and nightstand as well as a TV. I am looking for someone who either has a full time job, is currently enrolled full time as a student, or is active military.

I am a 49 year old office manager. I am single mom of three adult kids who no longer live in the home. My youngest two are currently in college and come down for holiday weekends and summers. I am quite kept to myself but I enjoy having conversations. I enjoying cooking.
