Hi there, I have a second bedroom with guest bathroom I am looking to rent out. The bedroom comes with 2 closets, one being a walk in.

The apartment is an upstairs 920 sqft apartment located in a smaller complex in North Austin. Shared living room, kitchen, and patio also included in rent. The Howard metro rail stop is a mile away. Perfect for those who commute into Central Austin. Right next to both the 1 and the 35. The Domain is a 10 to 15 minute drive away depending on traffic. HEB is 10 minutes away. Area is pretty quiet and safe. I just moved in July and haven’t had any issues so far.

Bills work out to 800ish a month with a initial deposit of 200. Utilities might be higher or lower just depending on usage. 700 for rent. Water 25. Power 80 to 100. Internet/Cable is free and included in the rent.

Move in date is listed as October 1st, but I have some wiggle room if an interested party wanted to move in before then.

I’m a 27 M. I’m originally from California. I work a 9-5 at a tech job near by. also do Uber sometimes on the weekend because this economy is crazy. I’m a pretty laid backed ambivert , have a ton of different interests ranging music/going to concerts or bars,lifting,reading,cooking,gaming, art, film so I’m sure we’ll find something to talk about. I have lived with a lot of different roommates and have dealt with different interaction styles so if you’re looking for a more private rental or more friendly experience, I’m fine with either. I am really progressive so definitely seeking people more on the liberal/progressive side.

I believe one’s living space should be as stress free as possible. Life is stressful enough. I always put my roommates privacy and input on our living situation, and just being generally considerate as my top priority.

And yeah, just looking for someone to split the bills with and just have a good time sharing an apartment with!
