Abram's room

The house is a two-bedroom house, you’ll have your own private room with a backyard view, your own off-street parking spot, and access to all of the public areas of the home. i.e. (laundry room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, patio) the only room off limits would be my personal bedroom.

My name is Abram, I’m 29 years old, and I’m currently a full-time college student and work part-time as a mathematics tutor at the school. I live on my own and primarily spend my time cooking, doing homework, or working on the property. I’m kind of a quiet individual, I like socializing, but I don’t build my day-to-day around that because I have to dictate a lot of my time to my studies. A typical day for me will be getting up around 5:00 or 6:00 in the morning taking a shower making coffee and then working in my office doing homework or other tasks. I typically always have music playing in the house to some degree, mainly as white noise. I believe in people sharing mutual respect and understanding when living together. I have had roommates in the past and a good understanding from the beginning of what is expected from both parties I believe is what makes good roommates. I look forward to meeting you in person.
