About the room: Room is a large converted garage space (carpeted) with a walk in closet and it’s own bathroom with shower. It is located off of the laundry room and kitchen, on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms.

About the house: House is centrally located in the Fairgrounds area, immediate Fern Ridge Bike Path access. Large backyard with a bangin’ garden space. There are three bedrooms in the home, two of which are occupied, the other is a very small extra book/storage/litter box room. Natural gas heating in main house (but electric in your space), washer and dryer on site.

Large room with private bathroom available 11/1/23! *$700 + utilities *no Pets

Greetings! We are seeking a quiet, responsible, weird (in a good way), and pet free *individual to share our home! We are two women (36 and 38) and would like to find someone around our age, that we mesh with, to help create a fun, happy, and safe living space. This is a mostly natural/green home and prefer products without harsh or chemical scents be used. There is currently a 10 year old pit mix and a three year (or so) old kitty, additional pets won’t really be an option. The dog is very friendly with humans but doesn’t always do well with other pups.

*We could be open to a couple if it is a really good fit, rent would go up to $900 for two people.

Collectively we enjoy art, music, cooking, gardening, outdoor time, herbalism, pizza, and general merriment. Small gatherings (BBQs or game nights) happen from time to time but we are not a party house, we value peace and quiet. Shared time is lovely, but we also enjoy our alone time and space. We like to keep the house tidy but we are not neat freaks, we would like someone that cleans up after themselves and pitches in on house chores but you do not need to be obsessively clean.

Politically and socially we are left leaning, LBTQ allied, progressive types. Anti patriarchy, anti white supremacy. 420 friendly (the landlord has requested that any kind of smoking happens outside). We prefer someone that does not drink or do drugs excessively.

Empathy, good communication, humor, and kindness are essential. If you like Ween or King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard we will all have something to talk about right off the bat ;)
