About the room
We have one bedroom available Utilities/Wifi included in price. We own the house, would prefer to rent to just one person. You would be living with us (24m and 22gq), and two cats. We keep the place very clean, and would like someone who can pick up after themselves. We have a fenced-in backyard, and security system. Heating and a fireplace, no AC, but there is forced air. No kids please.
About the roomies
We’re a couple looking for a clean and easy-going roommate. If you’re neurodivergent that’s a plus! Andrew is a gamer and collects lots of memorabilia, Angel (me) is a musician/artist and collects vintage toys and music memorabilia.
