We have one bedroom available Utilities/Wifi included in price. We own the house, would prefer to rent to just one person. You would be living with us (26m and 24gq), two cats, and two dogs. We keep the place clean, and would like someone who can pick up after themselves. We have a fenced-in backyard, and security system. Heating and a fireplace, no AC (we do have mini units) but there is forced air. No kids please.
