Spacious, family-friendly home with a large bedroom with private bathroom space and additional basement space for storage or possible living quarters. Furniture not included. I do have a tv and tv stand available at no cost, if needed.

I am a teacher and private tutor. I am also a mom of one. I am looking for a like-spirited individual to move in. Someone motivated and driven by their work, collaborative, honest, and kind. I require an in-person meeting for every applicant before consideration for potential move-in.
