I have a 1600sq foot house im divorced and have 3 dogs witch take care of them selfs and let them selfs in and out of house with doggie doors. Im looking for someone to rent the upstairs it has 4 bedrooms up stairs 1 master with a king bed and two dressers the other bedroom has a couch and 42 inch flatscreen tv mounted to wall the other bedrooms one is for storage the other is my computer room. has your own pearsonal bathroom with shower and tub.the kitchen can be shared it has all brand new apppliances you also have access to laundry room in basement that is also where my bedroom is there is a large living room as well.I am a local semi driver who works monday thru friday weekends off not home much because im at the gym everyday. my dogs are friendly towards woman only you are allowed to smoke and drink. also have a big driveway garage is my man cave loaded with tools and a recliner and half carpet to smoke,

live and own the house by my self and three dogs no other pets are welcome. All my neighbors are very friendly and look out for me we all keep a watch full eye on whats going on loooking for a single woman to rent out the upstairs i dont even use that part of the house except my computer room i have internet. its simple 600$ for rent and thats it.I also cook so we can work something out for grocerys.
