My sister Molly and I are looking for two roommates to move in to our 4 bedroom house in the Martin Acres/Table Mesa area which includes a large living room, a downstairs den w/ fireplace, dining room, relatively large kitchen, washer/dryer, large front/ back yard with garden, 2 car garage, drive way, and there’s also ample street parking. Utilities will likely run anywhere from $60-$120 per person a month. No pets unfortunately.

The logistics: Rent is 850 a month +utilities. To move in it will be first month prorated, security deposit of one month, and last months rent. We would like people looking to live here for a year or more but open to shorter. Also a background and credit check will be required which can be shared with us. We will draft a roommate agreement which we will all sign and agree upon, which will generally outline how we’ll all agree to conduct ourself in the house and standards for common spaces like the kitchen.

Molly and I both work nearly full time as server/bartenders and are starting online school. We’re into snowboarding, hiking, going out, or having chill nights and work around from 25 to 35 hrs a week. We’re 22 and 27 so preferably looking for people between or around those ages.
